ABOUT ME
I'm Lydia Muirhead, a Mastery Certified Colour Analyst and Colour Coach with the International Image Institute.
I'm passionate about helping people discover the colours that allow them to look and feel their best. Colour has an incredible ability to transform not only your appearance, but also your confidence, self-expression, and everyday life.
With a Bachelor of Arts, a Diploma of Creative Arts Ministry, and a background in singing and vocal coaching, I've always been drawn to harmony, creativity, and helping others flourish. Those same principles naturally led me to the world of colour analysis.
My passion for colour began as a child after reading my mum's copy of Colour Me Beautiful by Carole Jackson. Years later, after becoming a mother, I rediscovered seasonal colour analysis while looking to move beyond a wardrobe of neutrals and activewear. Finding my own seasonal palette transformed the way I dressed, shopped, and saw myself.
That experience inspired me to help others discover the colours that naturally complement their skin, hair, and eyes, so they too can experience the confidence and freedom that comes from knowing what truly suits them.

Colour Analysis Qualification and Training
I completed my Mastery Certification in Colour Analysis with the International Image Institute, founded by Karen Brunger, who developed the internationally recognised 16–23 Seasonal and Tonal Flow System. I also serve as a Colour Coach with the International Image Institute, mentoring students through their colour analysis training. In addition, I have completed certification in the Italian Image Institute's Armocromia Colour Analysis System, developed by Rossella Migliaccio, broadening my knowledge across multiple internationally recognised colour analysis methodologies.
